Details

The ground floor of Dolan's Warehouse is fully accessible. After making your booking through our box office or website, we ask that you call us in advance of the show so we can give you the name of the Customer Service Representative on duty who will meet you upon arrival, bring you through the correct entrance and to your reserved area, point out the nearest accessible facilities, and ensure you & your companions are looked after throughout the night.

The Front bar of Dolan's Pub is also accessible but there are 2 steps located in the middle of the pub. However you can access the top bar by making your way in through the main Warehouse entrance. Our staff would be delighted to assist you in this.

The Upstairs venue is not accessible to wheelchair-users

Other special needs or concerns:

If you or a guest of Dolan's has a condition that you feel might affect your experience while attending a show, for example photosensitive epilepsy, diabetes, autism, hearing or sight impairment etc, our staff are only too glad to help and ensure you are happy & safe so that you enjoy the show. Please feel free to ask questions in advance of your arrival, or ask to speak to a manager while in the venue so that they can assist you if necessary. We have trained first aiders or medics on hand for every show.
